The ECT-752 is a standalone solution for testing Mode 3 and Mode 2 EV
Charging Cables. The tester offers complete functionality for safety and
functional verification of the EV Charging Cables in compliance with EN
50678 and EN 50699 standards, without the need for an external instrument
like an Installation or PAT tester. It’s user friendly design and user
interface allows full verification of the cable with a single click of a
button. User can create customized autotest sequences or Test Plans,
transfer and share data or generate a report using a MiControl
application.

Added on-screen keyboard so users can enter custom names and
codes (Projects, Clients, Cables, etc.). -
Cable measurements are now locked after testing to protect
results. Users can still unlock and edit them if needed. -

Added delay support for (Apriv) Škoda IV, Audi e-tron, and
Porsche IC-CPD. These devices now power on in state A, even if

- Language Support: Added Spanish (SPA), Polish (POL), French (FRA), and Portuguese (POR).
- UI/UX: Extended QWERTY input to 35 characters and increased Testplan capacity to 200 slots.

- Enhanced power down Logic: Implemented a 100ms State B transition between State C and A when powering off IC-CPD to support proper powering off sequence.

- EVSE Compatibility: Fixed communication and state issues specifically for Audi, VW, Opel, and BMW Flexible Fast Charger cables.
- False Warnings: Adjusted detection voltage after RCD measurements to prevent false warnings caused by ghost voltage.
- Logic Fixes: Corrected “FAIL” triggers for Control Pilot (CP) during Diode error, Error D, and specific State C scenarios.
- Timeouts: Resolved intermittent communication timeouts during RCDA testing in AUTO Mode 2.
- General: Fixed various translation errors across all supported languages and resolved an issue where data could get “stuck” when switching between testplans.
